15th Pre-owned Market Report reveals 20% increase in Q3 transactions

Bombardier is pleased to present its Pre-owned Market Report for the third quarter of 2024, analyzing market activity for 12 models of Bombardier Global, Challenger and Learjet aircraft. 

The Pre-owned Market Report is an essential tool for current and prospective owners of Bombardier business aircraft. The 15th edition reveals that overall aircraft transactions in the third quarter of 2024 increased by 20 per cent relative to the same quarter last year. In fact, year-over-year transactions increased for six of the models tracked in the report, even though this period is generally quieter due to summer holidays.  

As pre-owned inventory levels increased slightly in Q3 2024, prices continued to decrease. On average, Bombardier estimates an eight per cent drop in asking price across the dozen models tracked in the report. 

Consistent demand and stable inventory levels are expected to contribute to a balanced and busy market for the rest of 2024.
