A fresh brand for a new era of excellence

Bombardier unveiled a bold new brand that celebrates our successful transition into focusing solely on building business aircraft. This evolution in our identity comes at a time when we soar towards an ambitious future as passionate people focused on designing, building and maintaining the world’s best business jets.

Our redefined identity is encapsulated in a striking new logo – the Bombardier Mach – featuring the silhouette of an aircraft cutting cleanly through the wind as it breaks the sound barrier. While this logo symbolizes our heritage and our expertise in precision-driven engineering, our new brand identity is anchored in Bombardier’s main priority: putting you, our customers and our people at the centre of everything we do.

Serving you better means employing the best people to deliver on that commitment every day. Recognizing this fact, our new employee value proposition, “where heart meets mastery,” focuses on Bombardier’s talented and passionate workforce – each of whom leverages their incredible craftsmanship and superior technological expertise to deliver the best products and services in business aviation.

In fact, Bombardier’s expansive worldwide service network includes more than 1,800 factory-trained maintenance technicians who are ready to deliver support solutions for regular maintenance or unexpected aircraft on ground (AOG) situations. These technicians are supported by nine Bombardier-owned service facilities, one jointly-owned service centre, and one new facility coming to Abu Dhabi, plus eight Line Maintenance Stations and 35 Mobile Response Team vehicles – all equipped to keep Bombardier’s Learjet, Challenger and Global aircraft in the air.

The nexus of our support network is the Customer Response Centre (CRC) – open around the clock, every day of the year, to assist you with AOG events or simple maintenance inquiries. We’ve also deployed front-line field service representatives (FSRs) who deliver timely OEM advice for all your aircraft needs.

Of course, our technicians need quality parts to get the job done. At Bombardier, our six global parts facilities employ a sophisticated inventory management system that maximizes parts availability, shipping and tracking. I’m proud to report that we’ve realized a regional off-the-shelf part availability rate of 92.5 per cent, driven by innovative AI technology that predicts where parts will be most needed.

Speaking of the power of technology, I am also pleased to report that leading aircraft valuation provider VREF has cited Bombardier’s Smart Link Plus aircraft health monitoring system as a key contributor to aircraft value. In fact, VREF recognized Smart Link Plus as essential baseline equipment for Global 7500 aircraft. It also said the system has the potential to increase the market value of a Challenger 3500 aircraft by up to five per cent. We are delighted by this vote of confidence from VREF, recognizing the intrinsic value of Smart Link Plus

Here at Bombardier, we are facing the future with passion, innovation and great excitement. We want to be your first choice for aircraft maintenance, modifications and spare parts – and we’re doing the work to get there.

Thank you for choosing to fly with Bombardier.

Sincerely,
