A year of momentum and renewal: Bombardier releases 2022 financial results

What better way to celebrate Bombardier’s 80th anniversary in 2022 than with performance, passion and pride?

Bombardier’s milestone birthday fell in an exceptional year, where the company’s 15,900 employees worked together to deliver industry-leading business jets and expand a global service centre network that invites more operators to bring their Bombardier jets home for OEM support.

In addition to its impressive aftermarket expansion, the company also launched Bombardier Defense and introduced its newest flagship jet, the stunning Global 8000.

On the sustainability front, Bombardier continues to lead the push for greener aviation. In 2022, it signed an agreement with Signature Aviation that is expected to reduce the emissions from company-wide flight operations by 25 per cent. As well, Bombardier unveiled its EcoJet research project, which is investigating blended-wing designs and propulsion improvements to reduce aircraft emissions by up to 50 per cent.

The year was capped off on Feb. 9, 2023, when Bombardier released outstanding year-end financial results

As 2023 unfolds, Bombardier is targeting its third straight year of steady growth, with more than 138 aircraft deliveries expected. The team remains steadfast in its commitment to delivering the best service experience in business aviation – bar none.
