Q. What does your job entail?
A. As a member of the Mobile Response Team, my job is to maintain the integrity, functionality, and safety of our customers’ aircraft. I resolve the unforeseeable and directly remedy any discrepancies quickly and efficiently so that our customers can go about enjoying their Bombardier product with complete peace of mind.
Q. Can you share a time you faced a challenge and how you found a solution?
A. Our customer was not able to stop his flight schedule, needing to be in multiple cities in a single week. In order to keep him flying uninterrupted, I performed maintenance to safely dispatch, then travelled to each city with him until the aircraft was completely repaired. He was pleased business went on as usual, while I focused on making sure his aircraft was safe and serviceable.
Q. What is the top priority of the job?
A. My top priority is getting our clients back into the skies safely. We work hard to give Bombardier aircraft operators peace of mind knowing that should their aircraft be grounded, it will receive the very best care with a swift return to service.
