Introducing key new roles for members of the CX Customer Support Team
Bombardier is committed to growing and improving its operations to better serve customers. To enhance U.S. operations. here are new appointments at U.S. sites effective immediately:
Derek Penn has been appointed General Manager, Component Repair and Overhaul (CR&O). In this role, Penn continues to leverage and grow CR&O capabilities and market share.
In Wichita, Mitch Dishman replaces Penn as General Manager of the Wichita Service Centre. Dishman joins Bombardier from Dassault Falcon Jet, where he served as General Manager of Aircraft Services for the past six years.
The Dallas Service Centre also has a new GM. Christian Ramirez has taken the reigns, having held this role on an interim basis since March.
