Q. What is your most memorable customer experience?
A. Being a part of the supervision team has provided me with many memorable experiences, but I would have to say being able to see a work package through its entirety from planning to return to service has been the most memorable. I find it rewarding when we can deliver an on-time product to the customer.
Q. What makes you proud to work at Bombardier?
A. Bombardier has a strong family feel that reminds me of my former job in the military. Being a part of a large company that can still provide that mom-and-pop shop feel is rare and I am proud to be a part of it. Bombardier has helped me grow both as a technician and as a leader. I am fortunate and grateful for the experiences and opportunities it has provided me. I am excited to see where this chapter of my story leads.
Q. What is your favourite Bombardier aircraft or product and why?
A. My favourite aircraft is the Global series. After my military retirement, the first aircraft I had the opportunity to work on and get familiar with in the civilian sector was a Global 6000 aircraft. It made a big first impression on me, and, because of that, it holds a special place in my heart.
