Q. What is your title and describe your role at Bombardier? How long have you been with the company?
A. My role is to oversee parts ordering and work to improve the overall experience of our customers throughout the parts ordering process. I have been with Bombardier for more than 26 years (13 years as a Field Service Representative on commercial aircraft, five (5) years on the CSeries program and the rest with the business aviation team.
Q. What is your most memorable event with the Customer Experience team?
A. With the volume of orders that we process daily, it’s hard to single out just one event. The team strives to ensure every order is delivered as expected every day. The past two years have added unique challenges that no one in the industry could have predicted. We’ve had to find new ways to work and change established processes to ensure timely responses to our customers.
Q. What makes you proud to work at Bombardier?
A. Every day, I get to be part of a team that finds solutions to customer needs. This has been made even more challenging the past couple of years as the impact of COVID. However, I am very proud of how my team stepped up to the challenge and remained resilient no matter what issues we were faced with. The creativity, teamwork and “can do” attitude makes me very proud.
