Enhanced service options for select Global customers

Last week, Bombardier added yet another important service option for its Global aircraft customers.

Working in concert with Rolls-Royce, we announced the expansion of our engine maintenance offerings through the addition of replacement leasing options for operators of Global aircraft powered by BR710 engines when their engines are undergoing service.

This unique program – kicking off at our Wichita, Tucson and Hartford Service Centres, followed shortly thereafter with our Berlin, Biggin Hill and Singapore facilities – will provide select Global customers with a pool of Rolls-Royce BR710 engines to lease, ensuring all of their engine maintenance needs are met at all times. The new program is specifically aimed at Global Express, Global Express XRS, Global 5000 and Global 6000 aircraft operators.

The benefits of the program are many. It will significantly reduce downtime and costs, and ensure customers get their aircraft back in the air quickly and efficiently. All post-lease maintenance on the lease engines will be done on location, ensuring a faster turnaround time and eliminating lease engine shipping costs.
