Bombardier’s new Fit to Fly workout routines are designed to keep you fit while you fly – and they’re tailored for use on Learjet and Challenger aircraft.

There are a host of workouts to suit your personal fitness goals and style. Each routine includes a video, a comprehensive guide outlining each exercise, and instructions on how to perform them. Simply download the workout video of your choice on your personal device and you’re ready to stay active in the air.

On the Learjet, you can perform a Bombardier Fit to Fly routine ranging from eight (8) to 15 minutes long. The Challenger tailored Fit to Fly workouts range from eight (8) to 18 minutes long and are customized to your space. The 15-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) will get your heart pumping and allow you to complete a full workout in a flash.
