Introducing Smart Services Elite – the ultimate cost-per-flight-hour experience

This month, I am excited to announce that Bombardier has introduced the best peace-of-mind cost-per-flight-hour program for owners and operators of Learjet, Challenger and Global aircraft: Smart Services Elite.

What does this mean for you, the owner or operator of a Bombardier jet?

Simply put, Smart Services Elite takes the OEM advantage to the next level, with cost-per-flight-hour protection over a wider range of parts and components. This program goes above and beyond previous Smart Services offerings with five important additional coverages: landing gear overhaul; cabin systems components (Bombardier cabins); scheduled labour; unscheduled labour; and auxiliary power unit (APU) coverage for all Global aircraft.

With Smart Services Elite, customers will enjoy the peace of mind that comes with simple and reliable cost predictability – while paying one price that includes additional services not available in the other Smart Parts programs. These include benefits such as Mobile Repair Team (MRT) maintenance coverage, airframe corrosion protection, technical publications, technical support, Smart Link Plus connected aircraft coverage, parts shipping and priority access to our worldwide inventory. These benefits are exclusive to the Smart Services Elite program.

If your aircraft suffers an unexpected maintenance event, there’s no need to worry. Smart Services Elite shields you from these unplanned expenses with a fixed rate, including inflation. Further, this value-added program allows you to accurately predict future maintenance costs and budget for them accordingly.

Bombardier continues to refine and develop its Smart Services offerings, backing them up with a host of advantages only the OEM can deliver: no program buy-in fees; 24/7 customer support and technical assistance; access to certified OEM parts at 10 strategically located Bombardier service centres; and full program transferability to any subsequent aircraft owner – all translating into a higher residual value for aircraft enrolled in these programs!

Bombardier was the first OEM in business aviation to offer cost-per-flight-hour coverage on airframe system components. Today, more than 1,600 Bombardier aircraft are enrolled in the Smart Services program family, with coverage extending to 10 million flight hours and counting.
