Joining forces with Signature Flight Support to offer enhanced service options
On the opening day of NBAA-BACE last week, Bombardier announced a milestone agreement with Signature Flight Support to offer a diverse suite of new services for our customers around the world.
This partnership leverages the industry-leading service expertise of both our companies to provide you with an enhanced service experience – it truly is a game-changing partnership!
Signature now becomes Bombardier’s preferred concierge provider at Bombardier service centres in the U.S. and Europe, bringing with it significant benefits for you. We can now provide you with enhanced maintenance service and amenities that are emblematic of the Signature brand, known throughout the business aviation industry for its white-glove customer service.
As the collaboration develops, Bombardier’s Mobile Response Team (MRT) and other capabilities – including our OEM-backed personnel, vehicles and parts – will be available at Signature sites in the U.S. and Europe, extending Bombardier’s presence and providing you with the flexibility and peace of mind of having swift, efficient access to your service events, saving you precious time and maximizing your aircraft’s value.
Another key feature of our agreement with Signature Flight Support includes a mutual commitment to growing the awareness and distribution of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). Both of our companies will promote the use of SAF across our respective networks and this agreement provides a foundation to collaborate on expanding access and reducing the cost of SAF.
