Milestone moment: Marking the first anniversary of Bombardier’s Biggin Hill expansion

It’s been one year since Bombardier officially opened the doors to the largest business jet maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) centre in the U.K.  

The expanded London Biggin Hill Service Centre, officially inaugurated on Nov. 30, 2022, includes nearly 250,000 square feet of unparalleled business aviation facilities. Its spacious hangar offers 22 aircraft service bays to accommodate Bombardier’s entire family of Learjet, Challenger and Global aircraft. The facility will also welcome the industry-leading Global 8000 aircraft when it enters service in 2025. 

The newly enhanced service centre brings OEM expertise within easy reach of British and European customers. Bombardier’s expert Biggin Hill maintenance team is currently working on the first Challenger 300 7,500 landing inspection to be performed outside of the United States.
