Q. How does your role at Bombardier enhance our customers’ experiences?

A. My role at Bombardier involves offering modifications, upgrades and digital solutions to in-service customers. My team and I are constantly looking for new technologies and innovative features that will augment our customers’ experiences throughout the lifecycle of their aircraft. Our goal is to create solutions with a customer-centric approach – whether that is finding the best on-board connectivity solution, sourcing new avionics features, or offering digital tools to enhance customers’ productivity.

Q. What makes you proud to work at Bombardier?

A. The people I work with make me proud. I’ve been in this company for 15 years, and I have witnessed my colleagues’ resiliency, innovation and drive. It’s really inspiring to see how we can find opportunities even in the most adverse circumstances. I’m very lucky to constantly learn from each of them.

Q. What is your favourite Bombardier aircraft or product and why?

A. It is truly impossible for me to pick one. Each product we bring to market targets a different need for a different aircraft platform. However, I can say that my favourite part of the job is when we get comments from customers raving about the upgrade they just did to their aircraft or how excited they are about our new Apps. It’s really gratifying to know that they are satisfied with the final product, because we are often working behind the scenes to deliver maximum value to our customers.
