Our Smart Link Plus connected aircraft program continues to grow!

Last week, Bombardier added yet another important service option for its aircraft customers who subscribe to our innovative Smart Link Plus connected aircraft program.

With our new myMaintnance app, Smart Link Plus subscribers can now access a substantive amount of information at their fingertips thanks to this invaluable tool – information that will provide them with the ability to make real-time in-flight data-driven decisions to effectively track, troubleshoot and manage their aircraft service needs.

The new user-friendly myMaintenance App brings efficiency and expdiency to the forefront, enabling flight and maintenance crews to quickly and efficiently prioritize and proactively troubleshoot aircraft with in-flight fault notifications, increasing an aircraft’s operational efficiency and ultimately saving time and money. And the great thing is, aircraft data displayed in the intuitive myMaintenance App is available anytime, anywhere on any personal electronic device.

Quick and efficient resolutions to all maintenance needs is paramount in business aviation today and this latest advancement is truly a boon for customers. Currently, we are accepting bookings for Challenger 300 and Challenger 350 aircraft to receive their free-of-charge* Smart Link Plus box installed at a Bombardier Service Centre.

With this intuitive Aircraft Health Monitoring (AHM) unit and a subscripion to the Smart Link Plus program, operators can connect to their aircraft using the myMaintenance App. More than 98% of current Global 7500 aircraft customers have enrolled in Smart Link Plus services, and the early-adopters of the new myMaintenance App have already begun to discover the benefits described above.
