Evolving to keep serving you better

Greetings! It is my great pleasure to introduce myself here on Bombardier’s Full Throttle customer blog.

My name is Paul Sislian and I assumed the role of Executive Vice President, Bombardier Aftermarket Services & Corporate Strategy on Feb. 20, 2023. While this is a new role for me, I am celebrating my fifteenth year with Bombardier. During this time, I have been privileged to hold several positions, most recently serving as Executive Vice President of Operations. Our leadership team has evolved so Bombardier can build on the momentum achieved in recent years, as we focus solely on designing, manufacturing, and servicing the world's most exceptional jets for business and defense customers.

It is an honour for me to step into the role held by my predecessor, Jean-Christophe Gallagher, who led Bombardier’s aftermarket division to incredible heights during his tenure. Last year alone, customers benefited from the opening of new and expanded Bombardier service centres in Singapore, Melbourne, Miami, London and our Paris Line Maintenance Station. In addition, we broke ground on a new facility in Abu Dhabi in December.

As 2023 unfolds, it will be my pleasure to oversee the continued evolution of Bombardier’s long-term customer support strategy. There is so much more to come! Of course, none of this would be possible without the continued commitment of our aftermarket team, totalling approximately 3,000 professionals in 14 countries. People are the foundation of all businesses, and our team is second to none.

To build on our new Customer Experience Credo, I encourage all our customers to share their feedback, so that we may continue reaching higher and flying further – together.

Thank you for choosing a Bombardier business jet. We never forget that you are the reason we come to work every day, and I look forward to meeting you in person at one of our upcoming events this year.

Sincerely,

Paul Sislian
