Bombardier’s stellar AOG support – Here’s what our customers are saying

While en route to the Tulsa International Airport in Tulsa, Oklahoma, a Bombardier Challenger 350 aircraft experienced a left hydraulic pump low pressure. Upon landing, the customer’s director of maintenance called Bombardier’s 24/7/365 Customer Response Centre (CRC) for support.

Immediately, AOG (Aircraft on Ground) Coordinators sprang into action, confirming the AOG event and initiating steps to resolve it as quickly as possible. Technicians were dispatched via Bombardier’s Maintenance Control Centre and provided with a troubleshooting plan crafted by CRC Technical Representatives. Parts were shipped from the company’s Chicago Parts Hub to the aircraft in Tulsa.

Upon their arrival at Tulsa, the maintenance crew in Bombardier’s Mobile Response Team (MRT) truck performed wiring checks to verify a concern with the left hydraulic pump. Once confirmed, they initiated an immediate replacement of the unit. Within hours, the aircraft was ready to return to the sky.

The customer’s director of maintenance had this to say about the experience:

“I value Bombardier's AOG support. I always feel assured that things will be handled in a logical and timely manner. I maintain two other airframes from a different OEM and I can tell you it is night and day.”

At Bombardier, 100 per cent customer satisfaction is our goal. We want your experience to be as positive as this service call in Tulsa!
