About the Challenger 300 series advisory committee

Meetings are held twice a year (Spring/Fall) and the purpose is to:

1.Ensure Bombardier focuses on the fleet’s top issues;

2. Provide guidance on strategic fleet questions and issues;

3. Ensure corrective action taken by Bombardier is aligned with customer needs and product knowledge.

We strongly encourage participation in the advisory committee as it is the voice of the fleet and represents an excellent opportunity to provide your feedback to Bombardier.

The committee, along with your Customer Service Account Manager and Field Service Representative, welcome your feedback and share in the common goal of optimizing your aircraft experience and your relationship with us.
