Core returns: Information you need to know

Effectivity: All Aircraft Series

ATA: All Aircraft Series

By Ryan Pfaff

As per the general terms and conditions in our Spares Parts & Component Repair Price Catalogue, an on-line Material Return Authorization (MRA) form must be completed and included whenever a core is returned to Bombardier.

The core must be identical to the part shipped, unless already authorized by Bombardier.

Please note that interchangeability of a part does not equate to like-for-like and may not be accepted by Bombardier as a core return.

Prior to sending any unused part, Bombardier must first provide authorization for the return. The attached core return guide provides a comprehensive guide for parts return.

Thank you kindly for your cooperation.
