Environmental Corrosion Control Prevention Guideline

To help operators improve their maintenance program for aircraft operating in harsh environments, Bombardier Technical Services would like to take this opportunity to remind operators that the latest Environmental Corrosion Control Prevention Guideline (ECCPG) for the Challenger and Global aircraft platforms are currently available on the Customer Portal. The updated Learjet 40/45 and Learjet 70/75 aircraft ECCPG will be available shortly. 

The ECCPG contains important information and references, sorted by ATA, on:  

  • Specific maintenance task prevention benefits  

  • Optional reduced inspection intervals 

  • Service Bulletins (SB) and In-service Modsums (ISMS) available to improve corrosion resistance  

  • Generic Repair Engineering Order (GREO) pertaining to corrosion 

  • Related vendor documents
