Maintenance directors and service centre technicians are advised that there is a troubleshooting guide available in Smartfix Plus for the latest pocket door on the Global 6000 and Global 6500 (aircraft model number BD-700-1A10). 

These hints and tips support troubleshooting of the latest strut-assist pocket door and supports adjustments to correct performance issues. This information will reduce damage to the door or cabin and supports the Supplemental Maintenance Manual (SMM). The information applies to Global 6000, aircraft 9677 and sub, Global 6500 aircraft, Service Bulletins 700-25-049, 700-25-050, 700-25-047, 700-25-048, 700-25-6012, 700-25-6014, 700-25-6015, 700-25-6016 and 700-25-6020.
