Making the service centre experience easier for you, through the introduction of digitized processes, easy-to-understand billing and simplified proposals
Offering valuable crew education and professional development opportunities, including our renowned Safety Standdown and our new Flight Attendant Safety Summit
Expanding our Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) aircraft program, a valuable resource for customers looking to buy a premium, previously-flown Bombardier business jet
Enhancing the value of our aircraft advisory committees and M&O (maintenance and operations) conferences
Building stronger relationships through an authentic and honest approach to customer communications; and,
Actively working to grow our maintenance technician pool in order to deliver timely, efficient service
