Big news from Biggin Hill: Bombardier inaugurates UK’s largest business jet MRO facility

The good news keeps coming for Bombardier customers around the world, with new and enhanced service centres now unveiled in Singapore, Melbourne and Miami.

The latest enhancement to the network is our newly expanded London Biggin Hill Service Centre, officially inaugurated on Nov. 30.

At nearly 250,000 square feet, Bombardier’s Biggin Hill facility is the largest business jet maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) centre in the UK. Its spacious new hangar includes 22 service bays, offering a full suite of maintenance, modification and interior finishing capabilities for our entire family of Learjet, Challenger and Global aircraft.

In fact, Bombardier’s enhanced London Biggin Hill Service Centre can accommodate up to 14 Global 7500 aircraft at once! The facility will also welcome the revolutionary Global 8000 business jet when it enters into service in 2025.

Designed with sustainability in mind, the service centre will feature solar panels and onsite electrical charging stations.

This exciting expansion more than doubles our footprint at the busy London Biggin Hill Airport, and is further proof of our commitment to deliver the best business aviation customer service experience – bar none.

I invite you to see this impressive transformation for yourself. Please visit Bombardier’s London Biggin Hill Service Centre, where OEM expertise is within easy reach of our valued British and European customers.

Finally, with the end of the year fast approaching, we are revisiting some of Bombardier’s most significant customer experience achievements in 2022. Read our blog story for a recap of these memorable moments. It’s been a year full of exciting progress and we have no plans to slow down in 2023!

Please accept my warmest wishes for a peaceful holiday season filled with the joys of family and friends.

Sincerely,
