Bombardier expands European service network with Farnborough Line Maintenance Station

A new Line Maintenance Station (LMS) in Farnborough, U.K. will complement Bombardier’s existing European customer service footprint, offering light scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance services, as well as Aircraft on Ground (AOG) support.

Onsite technicians at the Farnborough Airport are set to deliver unparalleled OEM support to owners and operators of Bombardier Learjet, Challenger and Global aircraft. The addition of this new LMS expands Bombardier’s comprehensive European service network, which also includes a new state-of-the-art service centre in London Biggin Hill, the Berlin Service Centre, and the Paris LMS.

Bombardier’s overall customer support network includes 10 service centres, nine LMS locations, and 35 Mobile Response Team (MRT) units stationed around the globe.

Speaking of the new Farnborough LMS, Bombardier’s Paul Sislian, Executive Vice President, Aftermarket Services & Strategy, said: “We are delighted to demonstrate once again our commitment to offering the most elevated experience, providing more resources and increased flexibility to our clients, closer to their base of operations.”
