Bombardier makes its mark at JETNET iQ

The 2021 JETNET iQ Global Business Aviation Summit on Sept. 15 in New York City is in the books and Bombardier boasted a very strong presence at this year’s event.

Bombardier President and CEO, Éric Martel and Jean-Christophe Gallagher, Executive Vice President, Services and Support, and Corporate Strategy, both took part in the event, which brought together thought leaders, media and industry experts to discuss key issues and trends affecting business aviation both now and post pandemic.

Martel took part in a spirited session highlighting key leadership perspectives in business aviation today while Gallagher was a panelist in the session entitled, “Delighting Customers and Making Margins.” Gallagher shared a number of key strategies and perspectives highlighting the future development of Bombardier’s aftermarket business including an example of the team providing an exceptional experience for a key customer.
