Celebrating a Texas-sized achievement in Red Oak

Bombardier celebrated an important milestone at its facility in Red Oak, Texas on April 8 with the completion of its 100th wing for the industry flagship Global 7500 business jet.

The advanced wing on the Global 7500 aircraft is manufactured at the Red Oak facility and more than 600 employees gathered under a brilliant blue Texas sky to commemorate the occasion.

Bombardier ingenuity and know-how is paramount in the wing's unique design and it contributes to the aircraft’s outstanding performance and exceptionally smooth ride, delivering the ultimate flying experience in business aviation today. It also plays a significant role in the aircraft’s exceptional short-field capabilities.

This is just one of the latest achievements of the Global 7500 program, which recently marked its 50th aircraft delivery.
