Powered by real-time data, our engineers developed this aircraft health monitoring system to put key information in our customers’ hands – enabling them to make informed troubleshooting and maintenance decisions. Critical details on aircraft system health and performance can be accessed via Bombardier’s myMaintenance app, helping aircraft owners and operators to optimize their operations and ensure fleet efficiency. Smart Link Plus delivers digital “back to birth” traceability of an aircraft’s history – a feature independently recognized as a differentiator on VREF and Aircraft BlueBook when it comes to determining aircraft valuation.
Meanwhile, we’re rolling out other digital value-added products and services, including our handy myServiceVisit app. Maintenance customers visiting Bombardier’s Hartford, Dallas and Tucson Service Centres can monitor their aircraft’s real-time progress as they communicate with technicians, approve work orders and view invoices.
We also continue to enhance our Online Parts Ordering (OPO) tool, which leverages artificial intelligence (AI) to provide valuable parts recommendations. As customers make searches, the tool recommends the most common ones ordered in conjunction with the searched parts, making for an easier purchase experience.
Complementing our suite of digital tools is the newly launched myBombardier portal which consolidates all Bombardier information, services and applications into one place to streamline interactions with Bombardier. Designed based on customer feedback, the new portal is focussed on providing a seamless experience and making it easier than ever to access the resources and support needed.
