Looking back, moving forward

Now that 2022 is in the books and holiday vacations are over, it’s time to reflect on our accomplishments while charting our course for the new year.

In a word, 2022 was exceptional!

Here are just a few of the dynamic ways in which Bombardier worked to serve you better:

  • We grew our aftermarket customer service network by more than one million square feet, with the opening of new and expanded Bombardier service centres in Singapore, Melbourne, Miami, London and our Paris Line Maintenance Station. Plus, we broke ground on a new facility in Abu Dhabi just before the holidays!

  • We enhanced your parts availability in difficult times by working with our vendors to mitigate supply chain and labour shortages.

  • Our Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) aircraft program celebrated one year of helping customers find and acquire the very best pre-owned business jets on the market.

  • We developed our Customer Experience Credo, a simple but effective promise to put our customer-first commitment into words.

  • We continued to make real progress with our Smart Link Plus connected aircraft program and will be making exciting new announcements shortly.

These are just some of our team’s top incredible 2022 achievements – all of them realized thanks to the contributions of our 3,000-strong aftermarket organization.

I can promise you that 2023 promises more exciting announcements, as we continue to build the best aftermarket service experience in business aviation.

Thank you again for your ongoing commitment and support. Wishing you a year of health, happiness and prosperity in 2023!
