We want to ensure that any time you interact with us, the experience is smooth and easy. Our top priority is getting you back in the air as fast as possible, and we’re leveraging our OEM expertise to make that happen. 

As the manufacturer of your jet, Bombardier offers you a host of customized services, parts and programs designed to help you maximize your aircraft’s operational efficiency. 

For example, our Smart Link Plus program utilizes real-time aircraft health data to put key information in your hands – enabling you to make quick, informed troubleshooting and maintenance decisions. This digital “back-to-birth” record of an aircraft’s history has even been independently recognized for actually increasing a jet’s market value! 

We’re also keeping things simple when it comes to predicting maintenance costs. Our Smart Services Elite cost-per-flight-hour program delivers dependable cost predictability that reassures aircraft owners while making accountants happy. 

If your aircraft does require maintenance, our factory-trained technicians install only OEM-approved parts that meet the strictest quality standards. We operate one of the industry’s most expansive global parts networks, and I’m proud to say that our demonstrated regional off-the-shelf (OTS) part availability rate is 92.5 per cent.  

Finally, if you experience an unplanned AOG (aircraft on ground) situation, our 24/7/365 Customer Response Centre (CRC) swings into action. Our specialists triage the problem and identify the best path to a quick resolution. If onsite service is required, the CRC will dispatch Bombardier’s Mobile Response Team (MRT) or work with one of our global support partners to deliver fast and convenient service. 

Our worldwide support network is already top notch and striving to be even better. At Bombardier’s recent M&O Conference Americas in New Orleans, our team was pleased to hear positive customer feedback from maintenance and operations stakeholders. 

Bombardier owners and operators are thrilled with our Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) program, too. As it approaches its third anniversary, the CPO program has effectively created a brand new category within the pre-owned business jet market. Only the best aircraft are chosen to be Bombardier CPO aircraft – and then they are treated to a complete interior refurbishment, new paint, and modern connectivity and avionics systems. Buyers enjoy peace of mind knowing that these aircraft have received the full OEM treatment.
