Technical support when you need it most
Bombardier is on a mission to make your customer service experience as smooth and efficient as possible. We’ve been working hard to grow our service network, expand our factory-trained technician team and deliver expert round-the-clock assistance when you need us most.
What we’ve done to serve you better no matter where you fly:
In 2022, Bombardier completed a rapid expansion of its worldwide service centre network, expanding service facilities in London Biggin Hill and Singapore, while adding new locations in Miami-Opa Locka and Melbourne, Australia.
In total, Bombardier has nine strategically-located and wholly-owned service facilities, one jointly-owned service centre, plus eight Line Maintenance Stations and 35 Mobile Response Vehicles.
We’ve recruited and trained more than 125 Bombardier Technical Representatives and close to 1,800 factory-trained maintenance professionals who are stationed across the globe, ready to assist you with any operational questions or maintenance needs.
Bombardier backs you up with a network of parts delivery aircraft, three 24/7/365 Customer Response Centres, seven parts and component overhaul facilities, and tailored structural aircraft repair services. Expert help is just a phone call away!
Our expansive service network guarantees that Bombardier customers can fly with total peace of mind, knowing that the world is their hangar. When you fly a Bombardier aircraft, that’s the OEM advantage.
