New Singapore team enhances Bombardier customer support network

As further proof of our commitment to delivering the best customer experience in business aviation, Bombardier has introduced a new customer support team at its Singapore Service Centre.

The newest Bombardier Customer Response Centre (CRC) in Singapore joins existing teams in Montreal and Wichita to offer seamless 24/7 support to all Bombardier customers. All three CRCs are virtually connected to enable timely sharing of critical information and resources.

The Singapore CRC supports increased customer accessibility and expands aircraft platform support coverage in Asia and other important regions. As it continues to ramp up, customers can expect to see many benefits, including enhanced communication across regions and time zones.
