No time to slow down

At Bombardier, we are wholly committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. We’ve worked hard to implement a number of key improvements in recent years, and we were thrilled to be ranked number one among business jet manufacturers in AIN’s 2024 Product Support Survey. This means we’re on the right track! 

But topping the list doesn’t mean we can sit back and relax. To the contrary, it means that this is no time to slow down. 

We’re examining our worldwide service ecosystem to identify unique needs, whether they pertain to regional customer preferences or the growth of a local pipeline for aerospace talent. Training is a priority at Bombardier, and we’re active on many fronts. For example, in the U.S., we are an authorized SkillBridge partner, working to transition military veterans to civilian work. We are also leading the way with innovative apprenticeship programs at our service centres in London Biggin Hill, Wichita, and Melbourne.    

To be your first choice in maintenance, modifications and spare parts, Bombardier is taking a systematic approach to implementing operational efficiencies, including offering technology enhancements and more of the right resources in the right places to make your customer experience smooth and easy.  

We’ve also ramped up our customer communication to obtain your real-time service feedback. Don’t be surprised if your Bombardier Customer Support Representative contacts you soon after your aircraft returns to service – it’s a new policy we’ve initiated to ensure our valued customers are completely happy with our performance and service offerings. 

As we continue to implement targeted, methodical improvements across our service network, I am excited to see our global offering maturing into the world’s best OEM-backed support eco-system. 

Rest assured, our team is not letting off the gas. Bombardier will be announcing a number of exciting service enhancements in the coming months, all designed with you in mind.
