Save the date: Challenger Week Customer Advisory Committee March 19-21 for Challenger 600/300 series
Challenger owners and operators, mark your calendars for March 19-21, 2024! Bombardier invites you to Montreal for the next Challenger Week Customer Advisory meeting for Challenger 600/300 series aircraft. The three-day meeting is an excellent forum for owner and operator feedback and includes information sessions and networking opportunities.
Part of the meeting will be available via a live webcast hosted on the Customer Portal on March 19 for Challenger 600 series aircraft and March 21 for Challenger 300 series aircraft. The agenda includes advisory chair and Bombardier management introductions as well as top issues.
We invite you to submit any fleet-related questions to the committee at least two weeks prior to the event. Please note that any issues raised after the March 6 deadline will be covered at the next meeting.

About the Challenger 600/30 series advisory committees
Meetings are held twice a year (spring/fall). The purpose of these meetings is to:
1. Ensure that Bombardier focuses on top fleet issues;
2. Provide guidance on strategic fleet questions and issues;
3. Ensure Bombardier’s corrective action is aligned with customer needs and product knowledge.
We strongly encourage participation in the advisory committee. It is the voice of the fleet and represents an excellent opportunity to provide your feedback to Bombardier.
The committee, along with your Customer Service Account Manager and Field Service Representative, welcome your feedback and share in the common goal of optimizing your aircraft experience and your relationship with us.
