Before they arrive at your hangar, your custom Bombardier parts travel through one of our two main distribution hubs in Chicago, Illinois and Frankfurt, Germany. These facilities are supported by four regional parts depots in Hong Kong, Singapore, California and Dubai. 

How do we know which parts will be needed where? We have implemented an effective AI-driven process that informs our procurement and parts stocking teams. This ensures that our inventory stores match the projected needs of our global customers.  

The proof is in the performance: With a demonstrated regional off-the-shelf (OTS) part availability rate of 92.5 per cent, we’re ensuring quick and hassle-free access to the parts our customers need to get back in the air. 

Finally, as the world’s third-largest civil aviation OEM, we leverage our considerable purchasing power to procure the parts needed for Bombardier Learjet, Challenger and Global aircraft.
