Rolling out the red carpet to enhance your customer experience

At Bombardier, providing customers with the finest service experience is our overriding goal. And with this premise in mind, we're taking this objective to a new level. Following an agreement with Signature Flight Support, Bombardier’s U.S.-based service centres will now offer customers white-glove concierge services, providing them with even more reasons to Bring Their Jets Home.

As the world's largest Fixed Base Operator (FBO) and a seasoned business aviation leader, Signature Flight Support delivers high-quality, full-service experiences consistent with the impeccable service Bombardier customers have come to demand and expect. As part of the agreement, Signature Flight Support becomes Bombardier’s preferred concierge service provider in the U.S. with service professionals currently available on site at Bombardier service facilities in Fort Lauderdale and Hartford with the Dallas, Tucson and Wichita service centres being added in the coming months.

Once the program reaches its full maturity, the talented Signature Flight Support professionals will be on site to help Bombardier customers with a wide variety of services to maximize their maintenance experience. These include providing ground support for crew members and their passengers, helping guests board or disembark the aircraft, and assisting with any other needs such as luggage handling, catering and providing information on accommodation research, activity planning and more.

“Our relationship with Signature Flight Support delivers the turnkey, white-glove service experience our customers have come to expect from Bombardier,” said Jean-Christophe Gallagher, Executive Vice President, Services and Support, and Corporate Strategy, Bombardier. “Signature Flight Support is one of the most respected companies in business aviation and we are proud to collaborate with them to further solidify Bombardier as the aftermarket industry leader.”

Signature Flight Support Senior Vice President Operations Planning, Marty Kretchman, echoed this sentiment, highlighting the need to provide passengers with a complete business aviation experience. “We are thrilled to be working with Bombardier to enhance our offerings to our customers – and further highlighting our standing as one of business aviation’s leading FBO companies,” he said. “This collaboration further underscores our commitment to our mutual customers and ensures we continue to enrich their overall flying experience.”

As the program continues to develop in the coming months, Bombardier and Signature Flight Support will work to expand their agreement to offer customers even more concierge services and opportunities.
