Audio International cabin monitor repair

Bombardier would like to inform operators that a repair solution is available for the Audio International (AI) 10.4” forward cabin monitor.   

Extant Aerospace has acquired the capabilities to repair these AI monitors (P/N AI-LCD104-04-1), and a PO repair request can be generated through a Bombardier Service Centre. 

Also, Bombardier engineers can utilize the Extant Aerospace 10.2” monitor, part number LCD9104-301-1, to replace the AI monitor. This installation is supported through the Bombardier Service Centre network or the Mobile Repair Team. Please contact your regional sales manager so this repair can be added to your next maintenance visit.
