Global 7500 customer advisory committee meeting

Bombardier’s Global 7500 customer advisory committee will be meeting in Montreal on Nov. 16-17, 2022. The two-day meeting will include information sessions and networking opportunities, while providing a valuable feedback forum for aircraft owners and operators.

A portion of the meeting will be available via live webcast hosted on the Portal on Nov. 16. The agenda includes advisory chair and Bombardier management introductions, as well as advisory top issues.

The committee invites you to submit any fleet issues you have encountered at least two weeks prior to the event. Please note that any issues raised with the committee past the Nov. 2 deadline will be covered at the following meeting. Meetings are held twice a year to ensure Bombardier focuses on the fleet’s top issues and provides guidance on strategic fleet questions. They also ensure that corrective action taken by Bombardier aligns with customer needs and product knowledge.

Bombardier strongly encourages all owners and operators to participate in the advisory committee. It is the voice of the fleet and represents an excellent opportunity to provide your feedback. The committee – along with your Customer Service Account Manager and Field Service Representative – welcomes your input. We all share the common goal of optimizing your aircraft ownership experience.

For more information on attending the event as a guest, applying for membership, or to propose a new issue or provide feedback to the committee, please visit the Portal.
