Global customer advisory committee meeting
Global owners and operators are invited to attend Bombardier’s next Global customer advisory committee meeting in Montreal. The two-day meeting, scheduled for Oct. 26-27, 2022, includes information sessions and networking opportunities, and serves as an excellent forum to discuss current fleet issues.
Global customers are invited to submit any fleet-related feedback or questions to the committee at least two weeks prior to the event. Please note that any issues raised with the committee after the Oct. 12 deadline will be covered at the following meeting.

Operators can also access a portion of the Oct. 26 meeting via live webcast on the Portal. The agenda includes Advisory Chair and Bombardier management introductions, as well as top advisory issues.
The Global customer advisory committee meets twice a year. Its purpose is to optimize the aircraft ownership experience by helping Bombardier focus on the fleet’s top issues; providing guidance on fleet questions and issues; and ensuring corrective action taken by Bombardier aligns with customer needs and product knowledge.
Customers are strongly encouraged to participate in the committee, which serves as the voice of the fleet.
