Honeywell has transferred support for certain air data computers (ADCs) to Duncan Aviation, including repair and overhaul (R&O) and exchange services.

Beginning May 1, 2023, the affected Learjet 40/45 aircraft ADC units (7014700-606/AZ-840 and 7030700-71704/AZ-950) will be supported by Duncan Aviation. This includes any repair and exchange orders, inquiries about order status, or updates to existing orders previously placed with Honeywell.

Duncan Aviation will be setting repair and exchange pricing. Customers who are not under any contracts must contact Duncan directly for quotes or pricing for repairs and exchange orders.

If customers have MSP/MSA contracts with Honeywell, the contracts remain with Honeywell. However, Duncan will be the contact for order processing, order status and exchange asset availability.

Effective immediately, Duncan Aviation will support AOG at (800) 228-1836 (USA), +1 (402) 475-4125 (International), or SPEX365@duncanaviation.com.

Customers can continue to contact Honeywell for technical support at MyAerospace.com portal, (800) 601-3099 (US/Canada), or +1 (602) 365-3099 (International).

For additional information or questions, please contact your regional Field Service Representative.
