Incorrect Teflon tape installation can cause failure of water system vent valves

A cautionary note (see Note 1, below) has been added to Reference Information Letter (RIL) GX-0076 Rev. E, Potable Water System vent valve P/N 4E3261-4 & 4E3261-5. This RIL can be found on the Bombardier Customer Portal.  

As a best practice, this cleaning procedure should be done every six months to prevents any issues and premature component replacement.
