Bombardier would like to clarify the reduced interval noted in AD2023-01-05, pertaining to the Anti-Ice Manifold Borescope Inspection (IRN AC3010006/3010006) in the Manufacturer’s Recommended Maintenance Program.
The more restrictive airworthiness limitation for IRN AC3010006/3010006 has already been updated in the Manufacturer’s Recommended Maintenance Program; however, the AD sets forth initial requirements for compliance which must be addressed by aircraft operators.
Aircraft with more than 600 flight hours since the most recent compliance with IRN AC3010006/3010006 on the effective date of the AD (March 9, 2023), must perform the task within 100 flight hours or 60 days from the effective date of the AD, whichever occurs first.
Aircraft with 600 flight hours or less since the most recent compliance with IRN AC3010006/3010006 on the effective date of the AD (March 9, 2023), must perform the task within 600 flight hours after the most recent compliance with the task, or 100 flight hours after the effective date of the AD – whichever occurs later.
