AIN results by the numbers: how we won the top spot
Over the last few years, the entire Bombardier team has been laser focused on delivering a smooth and easy customer experience.
From adding more than one million square feet to our service network, to launching innovative apprenticeship programs that feed our technician pipeline, to delivering digital programs that enhance the aircraft ownership experience – we’ve been working hard to be your first choice for aircraft maintenance, modifications and spare parts.
On Aug. 1, those efforts were rewarded, and our 3,400-member support team celebrated a big win: Bombardier was named as the top business jet manufacturer in AIN’s 2024 Product Support Survey!
The survey asked respondents to rate, on a scale from one to 10, the quality of the OEM service they received across several categories during the previous 12 months. Bombardier ranked first among the survey’s five business jet manufacturers in several categories, including cost-per-hour programs, parts availability, cost of parts, AOG response and warranty fulfillment.
“The strides we have made together over the past few years are indeed taking hold in the industry,” said Anthony Cox, Vice President, Customer Support at Bombardier. “We are proud that our team’s hard work has been noticed by our customers, and that we have delivered on our promise to make the service experience both easy and value additive.”
This impressive result is only the beginning, promised Cox.
