Happy 35th birthday to Bombardier’s Smart Services program!

Bombardier’s Safety Standdown event wasn’t the only program celebrating a milestone birthday at NBAA-BACE. Bombardier’s comprehensive Smart Services program was also honoured at the show, noting 35 years of providing customers with the ultimate peace of mind in this comprehensive OEM-driven parts program.

The Smart Services program is unique in the industry. For more than three decades, Bombardier’s pioneering and industry-defining Smarts Services programs have been providing customers with the industry’s highest quality parts and labour.

Bombardier was the first OEM to introduce cost-per-flight-hour coverage on airframe system components with its Smart Services programs, and they continue to provide considerable peace of mind through cost protection over a wide range of components coupled with the strength of our support as the aircraft OEM.
