New paint facility augments London Biggin Hill service repertoire

The London Biggin Hill Service Centre is already a jewel in Bombardier’s services and support portfolio. Now, the centre’s value-added menu is expanding with the addition of a brand new 51,000-square-foot aircraft paint facility, set to open in the second half of 2026.

The addition of our new paint facility means that not only can we keep your valuable aircraft looking great on the inside, but London Biggin Hill customers will soon benefit from full exterior paint services, too!

This expansions adds to the center’s one-stop aircraft maintenance approach, as it already offers a full range of scheduled and unscheduled services for Bombardier Learjet, Challenger and Global aircraft.

Inaugurated in 2017 and expanded in 2022, the Bombardier London Biggin Hill Service Centre is the UK’s largest business jet maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) facility and offers nearly 250,000 square feet of business aviation facilities, including 22 maintenance bays. It was designed with sustainability in mind, harnessing the power of 3,000 rooftop solar panels to reduce energy consumption.

London Biggin Hill is also home to a new Material Lounge, operated in conjunction with F/LIST, where customers can see and feel an impressive range of interior cabin completion materials.

This new paint facility is just one more example of how we are delivering unprecedented value to Bombardier customers.

When you acquire one of our aircraft, we consider it the beginning of an important and lifelong relationship – and we’re doing the work it takes to keep your business.

Sincerely,

Zeshan Malik
