Find Challenger and Global Supplemental Modification documents in 5 easy steps

The Bombardier Customer Portal provides a host of resources for Global and Challenger aircraft operators, including some Supplemental Modification (MOD) documents.  

Using these MODs could eliminate the requirement to submit a Service Request for Product Support Action (SRPSA). 

Follow these five steps to retrieve Supplemental MOD documents:  

1. Log into the Customer Portal Go to Library 

2.   Select the Aircraft Model ex: “Challenger 300” (Figure 1) 

3. Select the Aircraft Model ex: “Challenger 300” (Figure 1) 

4. In the Document Type tab, under Engineering Documents, select Supplemental Mod (Figure 2). 

5. Find and review the desired document (Figure 3)
