Reminder: Key information to include when submitting an SRPSA

Bombardier would like to remind customers and maintenance crew that, when possible, it is helpful to provide certain information with a Service Request for Product Support Action (SRPSA) request. This will assist us with delivering a faster response. 

When submitting your SRPSA request, please include (when possible), this type of information: 

  • Picture of the general area where the issue is located (not a close-up picture) 

  • Picture of the part and/or defect 

  • Image or document (ex: SIPC) where you found the initial information 

  • If the SRPSA concerns seats, a picture of the TSO plate 

  • If the request is following communication with our parts department regarding an obsolete or alternative component, please include the email or any communication related to the request. 

Should you have further questions, please contact your local Bombardier Field Service Representative (FSR) or the Customer Response Centre (CRC).
